CONVENTION LOCATION

Our 2012 convention, will be held over the weekend of 16th - 17th- 18th March 2012 at the Kilhey Court Hotel, Chorley Road, Standish, Wigan, Lanc's. WN1 2XN. This is our second year at this a venue. See map below and directions.       Directions: Exit M6 J27 through the village of Standish. Pick up B5239, left onto A5106, hotel is up the hill on the right.    MEETING LOCATIONS   Our group meetings, once a month, are held in the Highfield Congregational Church Hall, Edmund Street, Darwen, Lancs, BB3 2DL, this is only across the road from the Working Mens Club. We host our own open show and auctions at Derwent Hall, George Street, Darwen, Lancs, BB3 0DQ, this is just off the main road A666 through Darwen - just after Lidl if you are coming from the M65. Take Junction 4 of the M65 on to the A666 and follow the road to Darwen for both of these venues. If you have traveled a good distance and would like to stay overnight, we have compiled a list of local Bed & Breakfasts in the area. Please bear in mind that the CSG has not personally vetted these establishments so it is up to yourself to contact them to cater for your own needs. The list is in PDF format here.
